And this is why I should type recipes immediately after making them… can’t remember how many this makes. Shall just have to do them again to find out, which shouldn’t be too arduous a task! These tasted delicious :)
For the cookie:
160g plain flour
8tbsp cocoa powder
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
250g sugar
140g room-temperature butter
1 large egg
Filling:
115g butter
260g icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk (if required)
